Description
We use only top-quality UK Beef and Trim it to be free from sinew and bad fat. We then take this beautiful clean meat and Hand Cut it into sheets, which gets cut into small skinny strips. Strips are then cured with vinegar and special spices for a set duration. (Family Secret). They are placed on stainless steel mesh in an environment created and monitored to replicate the Kalahari winter conditions in South Africa. With a lot of love and care, it produces the perfect Chilli bite.
We do use preservatives in the process to make sure it stays safe from harmful bacteria’s like clostridium botulinum… (These preservatives date back to the 1800s when ships had no fridges)

It’s not super spicy so if you aren’t a fan of lots of heat it’s great, regardless of heat though the taste is absolutely perfect, best i’ve ever had.
