RETURN POLICY

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post.

Returns must be received within 3 days of delivery.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Only product that is still in full weight as per originally ordered with their original packaging and its full contents can be returned.

We reserve the right to fully inspect the product and if nothing is found wrong with the product a refund will not be issued.

Returns that are damaged or returned without the original packaging may not be accepted You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Before your order leaves our site it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately.

REFUND

Refunds will be credited back to the card originally used for payment. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer and the date that we received your returned item.
