PLACING ORDER AND ACCEPTING YOUR PAYMENT
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the details of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right not to accept your order for payment, shipping restrictions or stock reasons. If your order is not cancelled and once your order has been accepted, you will then receive a confirmation of the dispatch of your goods
DELIVERY
All deliveries are delivered by DHL, Evri courier company or Royal Mail.
We are aiming to deliver your parcel within 24h, Please note that DHL might have sometimes hiccups that may course the delay. We are monitoring all parcels delivery and if there is any delay we are chasing and quiring the delay with DHL.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the details of your order. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation of the ordered product dispatched. This is Biltong reserve the rights to amend the delivery times if necessary. This is Biltong will use responsible courier company for the delivery of the product. We recommend checking the contents of the package in the presence of the courier/delivery or at the place of collection. If the package or its contents have been subject to damage during transportation, it should not be received, and a damage report should be drawn up together with the package deliverer.
During the Christmas season the parcel delivery can be delayed.
Due to the high volume of daily orders, orders placed after 11pm will not be despatch the next day, but the day after.
Please note orders placed on Thursdays will only be despatched with next day delivery on Monday morning. We want you to receive our products as fresh as possible, as courier companies might not do next day delivery over the weekend.
Northern Island and Northern Scotland areas orders will be send via Evri courier company with 2-4 delivery service. Orders can be despatch Mon- Fri. Please note This is Biltong doesn’t take the responsibility if the parcel is delayed, lost or delivered to the incorrect address.
If you choose the use Royal Mail for your postage please note that Royal Mail aims to deliver the parcel within 24h or 48h but they may have some delays. 24h service might take up to 3 working days and 48h service might take up to 5 working days to deliver your order
If you ordering from Channel Islands and need to pay customs charges please note that This is Biltong doesn’t cover import tax or customs fees.
RETURN POLICY
We would recommend that you return your items via registered post.
Returns must be received within 3 days of delivery.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Only product that is still in full weight as per originally ordered with their original packaging and its full contents can be returned. We reserve the right to fully inspect the product and if nothing is found wrong with the product a refund will not be issued.
Returns that are damaged, returned without the original packaging may not be accepted
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Before your order leaves our site it is fully checked by our packing team. If you
receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately.
REFUND
Refunds will be credited back to the card originally used for payment.
The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer and the date that we received your returned item.
