Description
We use only top-quality UK Beef and Trim it to be free from sinew and bad fat. We then take this beautiful clean meat and Hand Cut it into strips. Strips are then cured with vinegar and special spices for a set duration. (Family Secret). Strips are then packed on stainless steel mesh to air dry in an environment created and monitored to replicate the Kalahari/South Africa winter conditions. With a lot of love and care, it produces the perfect Biltong Bites.

The quality and taste is like no other biltong I’ve eaten in the UK before. I eat a lot of meat and always willing to try different biltong in seek of the taste I remember having grown up in the Freestate. Lovely seasoning. Thinner cuts than I would like, thicker pieces would be perfect in my experience, even if there were less in the bag, but they are called “bites”, maybe a new product line of bigger sliced strips could be an idea. I ordered no fat and it has come with 6 fatty pieces and counting.
