Biltong Bites – made from British Grass Fed Beef. This is Biltong produce the perfect environment for meat products to dry. We use Top quality Silverside cuts to produce Biltong Bites. We ship orders the same day as packing, so you will receive fresh product every time. Our products has a 21-day shelf life leaving a full 19 days after receiving it for consuming. This flavours will bring you back to South Africa.
We use only top-quality UK Beef and Trim it to be free from sinew and bad fat. We then take this beautiful clean meat and Hand Cut it into strips. Strips are then cured with vinegar and special spices for a set duration. (Family Secret). Strips are then packed on stainless steel mesh to air dry in an environment created and monitored to replicate the Kalahari/South Africa winter conditions. With a lot of love and care, it produces the perfect Biltong Bites.
